I thought it was a screenshot at first glance as well, but I'm fairly very certain it isn't. Very fairly clearly mostly probably positively plausibly certain.

Mirror, I regret to inform you that the painting isn't handmade, but is rather a heavily edited screenshot taken by moi. I figured photography (screen-ography?) counted as art, so long as I was the one snapping the pics. :biggrin.gif:
Actually, I'd say that only the pig, or even just the pigs face is hand drawn - the BG was superdownsized. That's just my bet, Steelfeathers can choose to reveal her secret with her own volition.

You guys make me sad. From what I could gather from the first ten pages of his thread (and the last page) he seems like a decent guy who simply isn't going to take their ********. Plenty of his reponses are helpful and upbeat-- he's simply not afraid to tell trolls to stuff it.
I felt like I was listening to myself reading his replies-- and that depresses me, because obviously you guys think that kind of person is a ****-head. :sad.gif:
Well, I don't mind his way of dealing with trolls. In fact, I like to read the troll-wars between people like him and the less-mature half of the community. It entertains me and quite honestly that's what I would do as well. It's his copyright policies and over-protectiveness of his work that makes him look like that. You see, he unconditionally refuses to allow use of his work, even with due credit, to people such as the Yogscast (who, by the way, would only get him more publicity) and he even says he doesn't want Notch taking his ideas without "some form of payment other than the thought of being recognized by the creator of the game itself." He even goes so far as to call Notch's latest programming endeavors trivial and pointless, without even thinking about the fact that he made the damn game for us in the first place.
So, in short, I like his personality and I respect him as a programmer, but I strongly disagree with his opinions of reward for ideas. That's why I like you. You are a cool person but you also recognize that not everyone is a pirate who steals your work and credits it to themselves.
EDIT: I also know that I tend to exaggerate... a lot. So when I google the Japanese term for shithead just to flame some modder about his copyright section, it's mostly because I turn everything into a political debate. No, seriously. EVERYTHING
