Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thanks for all your support for my pack over the last year or so, but I've decided to retire it. Right now, I don't have the time to keep it up to date on the regular basis that Minecraft is being updated.
I will be keeping the current Legal terms applicable to Pseudo 16 which are below.
Thanks for the awesome experience and I'll see ya laters.

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
“Take the first step, and your mind will mobilize all its forces to your aid. But the first essential is that you begin. Once the battle is startled, all that is within and without you will come to your assistance.” ~ Robert Collier
You took every block and basically turned it into a mosaic.....I LOVE IT!
Thanks guys
Hahaha ya pretty much! With a touch of an offset grid. Most of the textures were from photographs I took and some were just created and slapped with some 3pt mosaic and a grid. However all that pixel nudging and coloring, effecting etc took forever. I was considering throwing a LIGHT darker keyline around each texture block, to give it a bit more of a blocky-retro feel... but thought maybe it might get too "grid grid grid grid", but maybe that's a good thing. If I do a test, I'll be sure to upload a test .zip and link it above.
Anyhoo, I appreciate the feedback! I'm currently fixing some small issues (pixels that are too bright, bad tiling) and other little quirks. I'll be including those in the next update which will have the GUI elements and maybe some other small bits.
Then even further down the road I was going to do a music pack. Give me reason to hook up my Midines :smile.gif:
[64X][1.7] PSEUDO 16 TEXTURE PACK Update v1.1 v1.1 Changes and fixes - Changed the torch to not look so much like a pencil - Stone texture has been added - Stone texture applied to Ore blocks - New Moon- Fixed the Clock graphic [It now resembles the compass] - Fixed the compass- Water isn't as grey and transparent [More blue/ ocean like] - Fixed blinking pixel in custom lava animation - Fixed floating black pixels in yellow flower
I've noticed that the items icons look better when the display setting is set to auto.
I'm a 16x and 32x pack man myself but the DefaultEx pack tickled me and this is right up my street.
Thank you for having a great idea, and for executing it pretty much perfectly ;-)
Thanks! Ya, I prefer 16x and 32x textures myself as well... there's a certain Je ne sais quoi to them which is what inspired me to make the texture pack. I just finished the animated fire and I'm moving onto the GUI as we speak
Loving this texture pack! Amazing work on everything, it really makes Minecraft look much better. But is there any reason you don't have any texture in for the pistons, not even a placeholder? I thought that I had loaded up an old version of the game and it deleted all of my pistons, but they're just entirely invisible. :x

Thanks man!
As for the pistons, I'm a total knucklehead and forgot them... thanks for pointing that out, I really had no idea i didn't do them. I just finished the GUI, fire and a few other things, so I'll do the piston texture and repost and reupload the texture pack.
Once again, I'm super happy other people are enjoying it! As CSBLITZ mentioned above, there wasn't any piston texture cause I'm a dummy. So the link above has been updated with my most current release. It's got the piston, gui, fire and a few other tidbits.
I'll make a more formal update later tonight, I gotta go walk my dog :smile.gif:
- Animated fire added - Moon blue saturation toned down - GUI skins added, on screen Inventory GUI added, crosshair changed - Rain intensified, but with higher transparency and RPB (rain per block nyuk nyuk :wink.gif: - Removed temporary armor textures, back to default for now - Flint and steel cleaned up - Misc little clean ups not worth mentioning
That's it for now. Next update will probably include a few new mob textures :biggrin.gif: - I'm looking forward to gettin' mah creeper on
nice texture pack !! :biggrin.gif: but can u make the black wool more black and brown wool more brown, because these color are not really good :wink.gif: otherwise, this is good, keep it up ^^
Ah good call, your right... the black is way too gray. I will update the wools for my next update. thanks!

Newest update has the fixes you mentioned and a few others! Hope you enjoy, cheers!
I've consolidated the version history/ changes to the original post and will do so from now on.
I made an account just so I could post this. I've gone through over 25 texture packs, all the way from 512x512's to 32x32's. Anything that caught my eye I downloaded and tried. You would think that I would probably settle on a texture pack that was super high quality like a 512x512 since my computer can run it but no.. I found this texture pack and it is my all time favorite. In my opinion this pack is better than any of the super popular packs.
Please, if you are considering downloading this pack, try it! It is an amazing texture pack.
To the creator of this pack: Please keep working on this one, I can see it becoming a very popular pack in the future. Great work!

Awesome! Feel free to download it and check it out and post any comments, there's already a few minor details I'm going to edit for the next update.
Thanks guys
