Okay, i probably created this in more like 3-4 minutes, 'cause i'm not a great pixel artist (also why it looks very default-ish.) but i decided to post it anyway. =P

Don't feel bad at all. I had to practice to get mine within a minute. And it still took me a whole minute!
Copy/paste the image into whatever graphic editor you're using. Every editor will have an eyedrop tool. You select this tool and then click on a color and it will copy the color. You can see me using it in MSPaint in the video I posted earlier in the thread.
