Need help with making a title for my texture pack

How do I change the Mojang screen and the title like in Jolicraft? I just started my texture pack and tried to do the title first, bu couldn't figure it out.+

The pictures are of the folders.

This is in the Texture packs folder. And don't mind the Splashes file, that was accidentally there.

This is in the "title" folder.

And one more thing: it IS in a zip file, but the pics are looking in the original folder, not the zip.

You probably just compiled the pack wrong. Are any of the other textures working?

Hmm... Odd... The textures aren't working...

I did add the terrain file and edited it quickly, and no cigar.
