Now that I think about it I completely disagree with the new license requirement. Now with these new rules, It is up to US (the texture pack creators) to report stolen work and thieves now have the upper hand.

Hey themarsh. How do you apply an alternate texture?
Sorry, you asked that before and I didn't answer. First you will probably need some sort of archiving program, like 7-zip. Extract the terrain.png file, and the alternate file. Open the terrain.png file and alternate file with a photo editing program (Except for paint). Copy the image segment from the alternates file and paste it onto the corresponding block in the terrain.png. Make sure you merge down the layers, if there are any. Finally add the terrain.png file back to zip file and override the original. And there you go!
Also, I hope this whole licensing issue gets resolved. I don't want to discontinue the pack, but you guys need to tell me if you see my work distributed somewhere else. Thanks.

Although, I suggest putting "and Nighthaunt" into your banner. Just a suggestion, unless you've changed what he did.

Jolicraft is one of my only projects that I don't have to stress over or fret about protecting my IP and copyright, because it doesn't make a difference for me. I'm not looking to pick fights or defend it's honor, I made Jolicraft for my own enjoyment. I made it for Minecraft. I spend time on it because I enjoy it, I want it to be perfect. If copycat leeches want to take my work and claim it's their own, let them. They're already doing it. Heck let them take the whole damn thing and call it '****inAwesomeCraft' and make a whopping $20/month in ad.fly links. Their lack of talent is punishment enough. I guess my hope is that the Jolicraft brand is strong enough to weather any imitators. All I can do is keep making great textures for the world to enjoy, and if I'm the catalyst for imitators to achieve imagined admiration for their nonexistent creativity, so be it, but I'm not going to loose sleep over it.
Added a couple of poll questions. The first one is on topic, while the second one really doesn't have to do with anything. I always loved Mario Kart, but I particularly liked Mario Kart Wii and Double Dash.
I was using a texture pack that supports:
Connected textures, More paintings, RandoMobs, Willgrass (plus the other ones) and when I switched back to another texture pack, Candycraft, everything looked kinda freaky. I will try to make support for those mods. CTM will be the easiest, while the RandoMobs mod will probably consume the most amount of time.
I love this texture pack I use it all the time! Good work, man! The only thing I dislike is the birch and pine leaves they don't remind me of any kind of candy or sugary sweet I've ever seen, but still my favorite texture pack EVER!!!!!
I have to put candycraft on hold for a bit. My laptop cannot run my photo editing software very well, so I have to wait for my new PC. The expected delivery date is the end of this month, so it is not too long. Thanks for your understanding!
Also I would like to make a few new banners, but I would like to know what slogans to put on them. I have stuff like: "The Cake is ISN'T a Lie" and " More Cake Plz". What do you think?
