I hate to be a wet blanket, but did you get permission from Nighthaunt to continue his pack in a new thread?
Believe me, I find this pack adorable and have seen way too many good packs abandoned, but it should really be up to Nighthaunt whether or not his work should be distributed by another. He last updated his work in 1.5, I believe. That's not that long of a "mysterious" disappearance. :smile.gif:

I'm so glad you recontinued the pack! It's lovely! Come on, it has icecream, pinatas, pink cows, candy-cane fences and even a cookie moon! I so hope you'll get pemission from Nighthaunt to publish it. :happy.gif:

This pack is too incredible, so I really hope you don't discontinue your continued work on it. One of the most unique packs I've seen and one of my favorites. It'd be a shame to let it die out because the original creator gave up on it! :biggrin.gif:
Ok guys for the 1.8 update there are a few things I should mention. It seems they are adding at least 4 new blocks (source: ravine pic (below)) There could be cinder blocks, mossy cinder blocks, cracked cinder blocks, and some weird ceiling decoration thingy.
Honestly I have no idea what to make them (except for the hanging things; they shall be upside down candy canes). I want to hear what you all would like! All I really need is an idea for the cinder block texture, and I can come up with the other two. Thanks for the support and I am still waiting for permission! :biggrin.gif:
Please Note: These could just be re-textures of the cobblestone/ mossy cobblestone blocks, so no textures would be needed. But I doubt that, so ideas are welcome.

Added redstone repeater texture in the items.png
New alts. from other outdated candy packs and others made by me!
To use alts. replace the original texture with a new one in the SAME spot as the original one. It is recommended that you DO NOT use paint, because it lacks the ability for transparency. You can use photoshop, GIMP, and paint.net and I think you can use sketch book pro on a Mac.

Armor is still coming soon. Sorry I keep putting it off. All I need to do is the bottom of Leather armor, iron and gold armor. Diamond was already done. Twizzlers...hmmm. I like the idea, but the reeds and an alternate wool set (WIP) are made of twizzlers. One last thing, how does everyone like the pistons? I am extremely happy how they turned out.

The sticky piston is the same thing except it has a green cherry in the center ( :blink.gif: ).
