i made a texture pack its called robocraft it gives a robotic look to minecraft and i took pics of it check them out i might make mods to go with it like a hover car

Hmm. I like the menus, and the torches a lot. But I think some of the blocks could use a bit more detail. If your mod really happens, that would be pretty cool.

it's a good idea - but people really need to stop the idea of using solid colours - solid colours are bland and have no variety.

ya i know but its my first texture pack so give me some slack

If you are using GIMP, there is a simple way to give your textures more variety: 1. Open your texture pack in GIMP. 2. Select the area you wish to randomize. 3. Go to Filters -> Noise -> RGB Noise. 4. Change the settings to your liking (defaults work fine) and click ok. 5. Go to Colors -> Desaturate. 6. Pick one of the options you like, an press OK. 7. Go to Filters -> Blur -> Gaussian blur and blur it by a VERY small amount (I use .5 on both the imputs for a 16x tex pack). 8. Congratulations! Your texture pack now has small amounts of variation in the blocks!
