hi. this is my first texture pack and i could use some criticism on what looks bad and what should be changed. if someone could please help me that would be amazing. also i do not know how to send the file via forums but i have a skype. (blaine.condarco) once again thank you and any help would be fantastic.
i would love to do any of these things, but i have no idea what to do because this is literally my first day doing this. any straight forward ways to get my download right onto here? please help
Seeing as it's a tron pack, I'd love to see this. I'm working on my first texture pack too! Not really themed, just me doing what I think will look nice. Try taking some screenshots, host them on photobucket or some such thing, and post them up in your first post so that people can see them. ((I do believe screenshots can be taken in-game using F2, and then you can find it by going to run, %appdata%, .minecraft, and looking around in there))
You're going to want to do a few things.
1) upload your pack to a site like Mediafire and post the URL to the download link.
2) take pictures of your pack in game by pressing F2 in game. Then take those pictures and upload them to a site like imgur and post the code (you'll need some code here as well)
What you should have done was read the rules, being new isn't an excuse. Not only does it tell you the rules you're currently breaking, but it also has tutorials on how to do all of the things you need to know to properly set up your thread.
