I've recently been looking for a HD and cartoon texture pack that is minecraft4kids.

i'm not to sure if you mean 'something like minecraft4kids' or 'i want to find minecraft4kids'. i'm just going to go with the first option: a good one is the legend of zelda themed: Great Sea (128x) texture pack, its a really nice cel shaded cartoony texture pack, i think its brilliant, but if your don't like it much, you could just stay with or try to find the minecraft4kids textures, im too sure of many others.
