First of all, you've barely done any work at all. Secondly, what you have done is rather dreadful. It only consists of two or three colours. Have a look at the Okami texture pack, and take some inspiration from the styling used there.

Also, your title is in the wrong format.
Agreeing with what this person said. One thing in particular though, WTF is wrong with the creeper? It's a white block and a red line?
i know it's aweful, this was my first time ever using photoshop. i seriously debated whether i should put this aweful thing online.
That is an excuse. If you know it's awful, do something about it. Do you think the best texture packs were done right in their first try? They take a long time to produce, and will probably have most textures redone 4 or 5 times before they are released. The textures need to be worked into. It's not good just making a white square with a red line on it. Think about what you are trying to convey. For the cloth, for example, what colours should cloth be? It's not bright white, it's a slightly browned pale yellow colour. Then, think about how it should be shaded. Assume your light is coming from above, so how would the shadows fall on the cloth? What sort of texturing would it have?
This is just a small example. Texture making is not nearly as simple as just putting colours together.
I think this is okay if its your first time making a texture pack and your just learning photoshop, not everyone is great from the start. I would love to see this texture pack Bloom into something amazing like painterly pack. I'll have to try it now.

Thanks for the critique and suggestions. I'm going to work on it some more so that it will be pretty much ready by the time 1.8 comes out, or at least I'm going to try ;P
I've also been watching some Photoshop tutorials on Youtube to get better, so wish me luck.
btw, does anyone know where i could find a good texture making tutorial?

also i've seen the okami texture pack, but i was worried about making mine look too close to it cause then you'd complain that i just copied it
finally, the creeper's, skeleton's, and zombie's faces are supposed to be the cloth masks of the various imps in Okamiden
