Its very difficult to find a pack that suites every single thing you need. For this reason, many people make there own packs. I would suggust to you to go make a custom paintery, or simply make your own.

I can't find a texture pack's name. I downloaded it at the beggining of the 1.7 and the archive is named bestpackture.
