No it looks more like the Goodmorningcraft pack-Quandary has a different grass color.

EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure it's the Goodmorningcraft pack because the cobblestone textures are exactly the same as in the pic from OP.

It's the texture pack formerly known as "Quandary Reborn" (now called Coterie Craft). If I recall correctly, this should be the correct download thread.
