ok so ive been making a glass house in the sky but with the glass in vattics faithful 32 pack its difficult to see. could someone take that texture pack and put clear glass in for me i dont know how <-- i dont like this make it clear.
yes guys i realize that i could get a new one but i dont want to if someone could tell me how id do it myself and yes roland i want it almost invisible but with like a rim around the edge.
I made two versions for you, one with absolute clear glass and the other with just a one pixel wide border around it.
Absolute clear:
1 pixel wide border:
Just replace the original terrain.png with these new ones and re-compress it and away you go!

Its to the left of the diamond ore. the bottom one is the one with the border.

There is a difference between sharing your opinion, and being a **** head.
In order to make glass clear yourself, go to the the zip file of the texture pack you're using and open the file terrain.png with either Paint.NET or GIMP (they're both free), but NOT with MS Paint, as it won't work with that. Then find the glass texture right below the iron ore and to the left of the diamond ore, and select the whole texture, press delete, and save the file. If you want to keep a 1 pixel thick border, delete everything except the border.

Instead of zipping the folder, zip all the files inside the folder. then rename it to the texture pack name you want.
