LowRes craft is basically, the default Minecraft texture pack, but only half the resolution. This will increase your FPS.
This is a MUST HAVE for people with integrated graphics.
For comparison purposes, here's the default texture pack...
And here's LowRes Craft...
As you can see, LowRes craft is ugly. But it runs very smooth. My normal FPS was ~40 above ground, 60 under ground. But with LowRes craft, it's at ~55 above ground and ~80 under ground.
Final Note: This texture pack isn't-in any way-supposed to look good. It's just made to run on old PCs. This only changes the textures of the world (dirt, wood, etc) and particles. Items and mobs are left intact, because it'll be hard to tell what item it is and they don't cause much lag to begin with.

So it's possible to make a 128x terrain.png? That's interesting to know. I have always thought you couldn't. I bet it does help with lag then, so good job.

The standard PNG size is 16x. I'm not sure what you're trying to say, I may be misunderstanding, but there it is anyway.
Nevermind, I think I got it.
And regarding the OP; I have a slooooow computer and will definitely use this for building. Its nice to work in Normal distance instead of Tiny once in a while.
