I like JohnSmith's, Doku's, and xSheep's.
also i dont get why painterly is so popular, maybe becuase it was the first to have a customizer or something. but i think the grass looks awful but there are parts of it i like

I completely agree I have never liked painterly. I don't see why so many people like it either. It's not that great of a texture pack.

i like the old doku textures but the dirt looked terrible. i think the new dirt is much better

I like painterly's mainly for the customization, but i've also never used any other texture pack.

My favourite texture pack would have to be Misa's 64x64 Realistic Pack.
