Oh, and for the nether, I was thinking of making soulsand, quicksand, natherrack like grassy blocks, zp monkeys or something, glowstone little crystals with vines growing on them, and Ghasts this-
Hey I have a few suggestions:
TNT- meteor/asteriod (the kind that wiped out the dinosaurs)
Lava- prehistoric sludge
spider- trilobite (not sure if this is possible)
porkchop- large hunks of raw meat
wheat- egg! you could make it grow in a nest (tilled soil), and the egg would continue cracking in each stage! Bread would be scrambled egg, tho.
bed- straw mat/slab of rock.
cool pack and btw, for the texture pack to work when its in the texture pack folder, you have to zip in the contents of your dinocraft pack, not the map containing it all =D hope that helps =D and pigs could have half of their back like the bottom of your creeper and the fron being something eagleish =P just an idea =D
Ok farming is done, and our excuse to make it legally correct is this-
You go around breaking grass in search of dinosaur eggs that have been lost, using the hoe, you make a nest for them to help them grow, dino fat (bonmeal) makes them grow faster due to its warmth, but when you harvest it, sometimes eggs don't mature enough, so you have to make them another nest.

I was thinking for the title screen that the buttons could be square clumps of dirt, and when you hover your mouse over it, dinosaur bones appear
