I'm looking to make my own texture pack. I'm just wondering, first of all, if someone could offer me the Terrain.png(<----1.7!) as I can not seem to find it. Also I'm wondering if there is something like MCSkinEdit for Texture packs. Thank you for the help!

well photoshop is really good for making texture packs, but it costs money, a free alternative to photoshop is paint.net
