I love finding texture packs that are as amazing as this one I hate seeing really crappy ones pop up and 128x ones that are made by 8 year olds and google. I really can't express how much I love this texture pack, the best i can say is that it rivals even doku (IMO, don't flame me if you don't agree).
Although your texture pack looks absolutely amazing, it crashes my client ):
I tried and tried, but with it in my folder, it prevents me from opening any worlds and I just get a black screen.
I followed all the instructions to the word, and have MCPatcher installed, but it just doesn't want to work for me. I had another fiddle around with files today, but it didn't seem to achieve anything.
:sad.gif: Sorry I wish I could help. No idea what could be causing that.

P.S. I'm using your pack over Dokus
Awesome. Praise from someone who seems to know their texture packs. Hopefully someday I can catch up with Doku, John Smith, and Glimmar. Their packs just carry so much weight, and so few people know about mine. But I guess with 6000 downloads since I released it two weeks ago, I'm pretty satisfied with the growth.
Doku's pack is fantastic though. I feel like I have a lot of polishing to do before mine is as good as his.
Thanks! If I really had a diamond for every diamond given here on the forums, I wouldn't need to mine anymore. Everyone has been so generous. :laugh.gif:

I would really like it if you would put up a customizer verision of this pack so we can see all the other alt textures you have.
When will v5 be out? Eta spoilers, pics you can tease us with?
I've been posting updates once weekly, every Friday. I plan to continue that. As for pics, I don't like to show work-in-progress stuff. It would only disappoint most people. I never get it right the first time, and often not the second.
But I can tell you what I'm working on.
Creeper
Chicken(maybe)
New water
New wool textures
Adding windows to iron and wood doors
---More if I have time
Wow this pack looks amazing, please keep up the good work. The zombie skins scare the **** out of me lol.
Thanks. I was hoping the zombies would be properly horrifying. I haven't had a chance to really playtest the zombie, but I imagine it's pretty startling to see one coming out of the dark at you.
This texture is nothing short of extraordinary. A couple things bug me though....
The wool. Saturation to the max! But I like the fact you're trying to keep the wool true to color. I see you're working on that though so I'll let you be :smile.gif:
The weapons. They seem a little thin, like toothpick thin, especially the pickax, but maybe that was the point...
[Edit: oh gee, no puns intended]
Other than that this pack is amazing. I especially love the redstone tools and the torches/lamps.
Keep up the amazing work!

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I am changing wools on Friday. Not sure what you mean about the tools being thin. I purposefully made the diamond tools small. The idea there was that it isn't their mass that makes them so destructive, but rather how sharp and unyielding they are. If you're talking mostly about the swords then I'd say they aren't thin enough, from a realistic standpoint. That has been the basic trend of this pack - to make Minecraft as realistic as it could be at 32x32. The RPG style packs tend to make their weapons very thick and short, like a child's toy. I think that's great for an RPG pack; that's what old school RPGs look like. Maybe someday I'll overhaul the tools and swords, but for now I think I did well enough.

If so here it is.
I would like the pumpkin to look like a gargoyle.
I know it would look great if you did it.
If not than its ok.
I'll do that sometime soon. I'll be uploading it to minecraftcustomizer.net, but probably not this week.
That's a good idea. Do you mean like the face of a gargoyle, with glowing mouth and eyes? I think I could do that pretty easy.
Why thank you. It's my pleasure, really, to give them to you.
Ya that sounds awesome what ever seems like a good idea or what looks good to you would be awesome.
Thanks alot for taking my idea into consideration.
My pleasure.

Yes but I'll be making them myself.
