Since no one else has commented yet, I will. So I assume you are making this for a texture pack? If so, then I would try to include less detail if possible even though you are at 32x32, otherwise thats a great idea! Hope you have fun!
Let's see here...
First of all, those green and grey bits on the dirt don't look very good. Second, the grass on the side grass could use some lengthened points so that it doesn't look so cut off. Other than that, it looks fairly nice and very interesting.
Edit: darn it! I got ninja'd!
@joshh20 I am curious as to your position on the ideal complexity of a texture. Please elaborate.

thanks :smile.gif:, I wanted to have a sort of grass bits in the top soil texture with some rock then with the actual dirt texture I would have only bits of rock to make it sorta seem more realistic :smile.gif:
I think the dirt(with the grass on top) needs a bit more work, It doesn't look like it will tile well with itself. The idea is to make it appear seamless and give the illusion that they're not tiled at all. This is a bit tough to do with Minecraft since everything's a block, but it will still become painfully obvious when you are confronted with a flat surface of the same material.
So I would suggest attempting to make each side match up to the side it would tile next to (when put together the lefts going to be beside the right and the right beside the left, same with the top will be above the bottom and vice versa).
If you pay close attention to some of the better Texture Packs around you will notice that things of the same material will sort of 'link' together and appear as one mass instead of a bunch of smaller tiles.
And as it's already been said, the stray pixels don't really look good.
I don't know if this advice will help, I was probably redundant and could have explained it without running on but I'm terrible at explaining.
@joshh20
I like detail, I personally don't think you can have enough, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume you meant that there's too much going on pixel-wise. (IE looks a bit busy)
What I attempted:
