I was just going to write this thread off, as these changes are something everyone can do for themselves. If you can copy and paste text, you can make these changes too. But, I figured, it's easy enough to do it while I have a few free minutes, so I looked up the Quandary pack and the cobblestone texture is completely different. So I'll go back to my original response.
Firstly, unless the author gives explicit permission for others to use their work, someone so much as adding one of their textures and posting the new terrain.png for someone to download on a forum would violate the rules. Second, we still don't know where the cobblestone texture in the picture you linked is from. When you figure that out, I'd go download and install GIMP and make the desired changes yourself. It's really very easy and you might learn something in the process. Plus it avoids someone breaking the rules if you just make the changes for yourself and don't distribute it.
