Hey everyone, my Mac is running Minecraft 1.6.6 and I have a small problem.

For some reason, even when I place my texture pack zip's into the appropriate Mac folder (~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/texturepacks/) the texture packs are still grayed out when I attempt to select them from minecraft. Is there any reason this is happening? I'm using the same skins on my other mac, running 1.6.6 and it's working just fine.

Is there any particular reason this could be happening?

Are you using MCPatcher? If you're putting the texture packs in the texture pack folder, I think you need MCPatcher to make it work.

I'm not, actually. Should I be? I'm not using it on my Mac that's actually working.

Yeah, all my texture packs arae zip's inside that folder.
