I think there is a lot of room for improvement here, honestly. The animals look like they were cruelly mutilated, the boats/doors/arrows are basically default with a brightly colored pencil tool applied, it just... is a work in progress, that's all! If you work on it, I know you will improve.
Take for example my development:
(Before: cobble, stone, ores, etc.)
(After)
These are both the same resolution (64x64), yet my first attempt could hardly be comparable to a sloppily done 32x32 texture job. After a week of practicing it, however, great things happened; as i'm sure you will attest to in the after picture.
Keep doing what you're doing and don't give up or become discouraged. Ever.

Good deal! I myself use both Photoshop and GIMP (two of the best editors for mac, in my opinion); so either of those would be good. You'll have to show me your development as you progress in skill! :smile.gif:
and one question how to you get to show pictures like that i always try like pasting the url inside [img] "url " [img]
but itnever works if any one could help
like i know how to upload but not so you can seee the picture and the link -.-
Hm... here's a tutorial, may clarify a few things... you may just be inputting the "img" tags incorrectly (see step 4 or 5, I believe). It's using dropbox, which I highly recommend.
I made this a while ago, so sorry if the word choice seems out of context.
