This isn't a texture pack. It's a mess.

Well... at least the dirt looks rich.

Otherwise yeah, Jolicraft but horrible.

I also ask, what evidence do you have that this pack actually makes the game run faster? Aside from HD packs, texture packs really don't have a huge effect on performance. I guess it would run faster because all the textures are simple, but that really isn't a selling point for a texture pack.

You can change the grass color, its too bright.

The dirt has a really bad tiling issue, same with most of the things on here.

If you fix these and actually give some textures to this pack it might be good.

The size difference between a 16x texture pack using large chunks of the same colour and a 16x texture pack using rich textures is pretty insignificant. The performance boost, if any at all, wouldn't really be noticeable or worth using a simplified texture pack (assuming you didn't want to use one in the first place).

Not only is this pack a complete mess,your framerate will be entirely unnaffected.If it's a 16x pack,all 256 pixels on each block will be rendered,no matter what.

I don't know how people can compare this vomit to the beautiful Joli-Craft. Work harder next time.
