So you want people to make things for your texture pack, and you will choose the best of everything to be included in your final texture pack? That's not too hard to understand, but, yes, why even post this yet if it isn't ready?
I do think this would be a great idea if implemented well within the community, but it would have to be managed well.
According to your post, I can only assume you are 12 years old or younger, so in future I suggest you work on your grammar a bit, so you can easily convey your ideas without misinterpretation.

Secondly, what the hell is going on? Please actually explain things in your first post, it is not apparent what the purpose of this thread is.
