Here is a preview of my Skyward Sword themed texture pack that I am working on in between my two Wind Waker packs.
So what you see so far is:
Leaves, Dirt, Grass, Sidegrass, Wildgrass, Smoothstone, Block of Gold, Cobble, Sand and Tree Wood
All art is modeled after released screenshots of Skyward Sword and the rest adapted from Wind Waker as placeholders. Hopefully I'll have everything adapted for a release soon; but I wanted to hear people's impressions so far.
The dirt is meant to be brighter though if you look at screenshots I want the pack to feel very... "airy"
Here are some screenshots so you guys can compare and see where everything is based off of.
One of the things I LOVED about Skyward Sword's graphics was the way the grass blended into the dirt. It's just so pretty and captures the realist-esque feeling perfectly. I swear, if you don't get that right, no download from me. >:|
The dirt looks spot-on, though. Great job! :wink.gif: If you manage to make the rest of the pack look bright, vibrant and "airy" (as you put it), then hats off to you, good sir.
