I have decided to put Grimiore on hold in order to work on this pack more. Thanks to Nuin now have a spreadsheet that will help me out with the font. So, back at that again. :biggrin.gif:

I updated recently. Threw in the default 1.9 textures and added a bunch of things. Currently I am working on a font which will be included in the next update, as well as a mob. Not sure which one yet. Any suggestions?

It seems my attempt to generate comments and traffic by leaking previews of content is failing. However, I am ever a stubborn and persistent individual so here is a sneak peek at the font that I just finished for this pack. Currently only the 128x version is finished. But I will be working a 64x font tomorrow.

The leaves and grass are incredible, the font and braking animation is outstanding and the cake is hilarious :smile.gif:. However, the chest's are a bit too 'photo-real' and its the same case with the torches, the door, the gold ore, the crafting blocks and the TNT. Also, I don't like the cobblestone although I can't quite figure out why, it's the same case with the water. BUT this is one of my favourite packs and I use it regularly :biggrin.gif:!
I am not to happy with the chests to be honest. I will probably redo them. The door...have any suggestions?
I love those torches. I know what you mean about them being a bit to realistic but I dunno.
I have been thinking of revisiting some of the textures like the crafting block and TNT.
Cobble will stay as is. I HATE making cobble.

Hmm I'm not good with feedback, but I'll try. The door, I like, and I don't like. I've gotten used to it not having windows, and I like that, but the way it bblends with wood planks is... annoying. I can't tell if it should look more like planks, or less, but right now it's somewhere in between, and it just doesn't look right. That's all I got. also, did you make that font?

No, I didn't make the font. It's called Anudraw and I found it on one of the freeware font sites I frequent.

So, apparently a trick to becoming more popular is by spamming updates. (At least on Planetminecraft.) While I won't do the suggested update or two a day. I will up things and release an update a week. Hopefully every Friday.
Today's update is only for the 128x version. I will hopefully get to the 64x version tomorrow.
This update includes the new HD font and new netherrack and netherbrick based off the new netherrack, Enjoy!

Anyway, I am streamlining all my download links to run through planetminecraft in order to better track downloads and views.
Picking a font for a texture pack is hard. Minecraft is very picky about how it reads characters. Now I have to do the 64x font. :smile.gif:
