Well, since it is already all over aageon's threads it can't hurt to post the info here.
The game development project is coming along nicely. We actually have enough people to have a European team and a U.S. team. Aageon is heading up the European team and my brother is heading the U.S. (which includes steelfeathers).
In other words, look forward to a really good looking game :biggrin.gif:

Good luck.
While you're doing that I have to work on learning thousands of computer related things and making myself a signature banner for my Linux distro lol.
Starting next Monday I am going to start working on Impressions again. I am going to try to fix some of the minor issues with the pack and possibly redo some of the textures. I also hope to include a new mob. :biggrin.gif:

Also, did you use photoshop? If so make sure you use the "save for web and devices..." option under the file menu. If you just save it as a .gif using "save as" it doesn't work for some reason.

I love optifine. There is a link in the OP for those who want it.I am putting this pack on hold for a bit (don't worry I am not quitting). I have a lot of projects that I need to get started and stabilized so I need to ficus on them for now. Hopefully I will get back to working on this in two weeks or so (just in time for the big update :tongue.gif: )For those that are wondering here is a brief list of my projects1)In order to give my self some variety and to avoid burning out I am participating in steelfeathers' 6 hour challange2) My brother, a few friends, and I are starting a youtube channel devoted to my animations and to game reviews and playthoughs.3) I have joined forces with some other people (including some well known people on this very forum) to develop a game (or two, or three). I am hoping that this will turn into a more permanent thing because we have some very ambitious projects in mind. 4) My examiner work is starting to take off a bit an I need to promote the hell out of that (seeing as it is the only real source of income for me besides unemployment.)5) I am also working on ANOTHER texture pack that I hope to release in a month or so.6) And most importantly I have a family :biggrin.gif:
That's a lot of interesting things planned for the future, mate. You have a lot going on and I wish you and your brother every success. I'm also really glad to see you and Aageon working together, as he's a really nice guy. :smile.gif:
However, don't burn yourself out like me...and I'm now feeling especially guilty because in commenting here, I've just realized I haven't even had the courtesy to answer the questions you PM'd me. :sad.gif:
Hope you do find the time to update this pack after the update...it looks like there's a lot to do, but I'm looking forward to seeing what you do for Impressions and this new pack you have planned. :smile.gif:
GIMP should be able to.Let me check it out to see if the process is different.
GIMP works really well in easily producing gifs. My own avatar, as simple as it is, was done with a few layers in Gimp. I animated it under the 'filters' heading and then saved it as an optimized gif. That was about the limit of my skills with animation in Gimp back then...not that I'm any better now. Lol! :biggrin.gif:
Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know that I will be unavailable for most of the next few days. The Oregon State government is attempting to make my life as difficult as possible and have delayed payment of my unemployment and because of this I missed my payment of my utilities. I have been without power since Thursday and will be in this state until Monday at the earliest.

Hello, just started using this pack. (I finally got a comp. that could handle 64x) and I ... LOVE IT! It blew my mind! My favorites are the little things. The GUI, and the cracking animation.
Hello my 15 or so fans, I am back. I will start working on the 1.8 update tomorrow (hopefully). There is a small (lol small) chance that I may be leaving this forum. If I do I will post a link in the op to the website/s were Impressions will be hosted. I am not giving up on this pack but I may give up on this forum and it's tyranny.

Let's hope we have everything resolved soon so that you're not forced out.
Oh, and btw it's 16 fans. You forgot to count my evil twin as well.
up to this point I had been including a mob with each update. The creeper and ghast are done. Depending on how my week goes I may finish the mobs and release them with the 1.8 update.

Hey everyone,
Don't forget to check out my examiner page. I write articles about texture packs and about minecraft. There are also a series of tutorials that may interest you.

Which part isn't working?
