wow... i drift away for a few days and all this happens! very nice!
and the mossy cobble is so seamless with the standard. you almost dont notice that each thing is a square area
need to redownload!
EDIT: Oh... those change aren't live yet :sad.gif:
also you should include a normal water option as I tried Optifine but had a couple issues, and went back to MCPatcher. There for no WaterBiomes :sad.gif:
So, I noticed that my old cobble had some tiling issues (not the alt). I decided to redo the cobble entirely. It has been giving me no ends of trouble and now that I have come up with something I really like I come to find that it doesn't blend with the pack. I think it may be a bit too realistic. What do you guys think?

The cobble is quality but it dosent fit in with the current pack but dam man i just discovered you, you are an awesome artist everything in your pack is flowing, i cant imagine hiw long this took, it took me 4 months on 16x just to get it releasable no way near where i wanted it! & all the hardships youve gone through no incomee, nearly having to sell your computer on top of making this kind of res pack... STRESSFUL...
Finally props to your dedicated fans youve posted so many times and kept this boat afloat in stormy times
i wouldnt call it realistic, but i dont think it quite fits the style of the rest of the pack, too.. lumpy? lol.. that would look epic bump mapped haha
most your other textures have more of a flat canvas look, where as that doesnt... not gonna lie it looks damn sexy though!
That's what I was thinking about it. I tried a few filters, because I really don't want to draw another cobble and a few worked...sorta. hmm... Maybe if I focus on the gaps rather than the stones....

Lol! I plan on doing a release this weekend. It may be pushed back to sunday though so that I can make the needed modifications to keep true to the Impressionist theme.
I just thought about something with the doors. In almost every painting I have seen they seem weather worn. Maybe I should go for that.
I really like the wool and I have no idea how I can change them. Think I am going to spend several hours looking at impressionist paintings tomorrow. (again :biggrin.gif:)
Working on a huge update that I hope to have ready for release on Sunday. A lot of the changes will be related to the wonderful review Steelfeather did of this pack. I hope to bring things back around to impressionist feel. All the textures that I am removing I am attempting to save for a high fantasy themed pack I may do in the future.

I am considering doing a 16x or 32x with a dual theme. Already thrown some textures together.
