The reason I need the original minecraft texture pack is because I accidentally one of the files. However, I can't seem to find the default texture pack inside the .minecraft folder. Does somebody know where to find it?

The reason I need the original minecraft texture pack is because I accidentally one of the files. However, I can't seem to find the default texture pack inside the .minecraft folder. Does somebody know where to find it?
The default texture pack isn't in the minecraft folder. To get it back, you will probably need to make minecraft force update. To do that, click options in the starting screen of the launcher (before you log in) and click "force update."
