Hello guys!
I've been working on this new skin of my own. I always liked to use photoshop for a huge gamma of thigs and making skins for Minecraft is just the latest one of those.
For now I call it Casual Modern. I will repaint most of the blocks in a modern way, but keeping the minecraft pixel style. It doesn't have a download link yet, and I've just painted a few blocks. For now, some pictures for you.
A new Cobblestone I made trying to reproduce real cobblestone. May change it later:
The new glass and doors. For now, both wood and iron doors have the same texture (just varying the colour tone) with a big window glass frame. The glass block is just a frame with the same color as the doors' frames.
That's it! I will keep it updated as often as I can.
Thanks for reading! :wink.gif:
For future reference, in Minecraft, "skin" refers to something that alters the player's appearance while "texture pack" is something that alters the appearance of the rest of the game. What you have here is a texture pack. Looks nice, though.
Anyways, moving this to Texture Packs.
