Its like a texture pack i use to use in 1.7.3 called "Simple Craft"

This was what I was looking for.
A really simple, plain texture pack.
All the texture packs that were named "Simplecraft" or "Basiccraft" wasn't as simple and basic as this.

On how to change the icon? Your going to have to look up that tutorial. Its supposedly easier then a windows, but its not exactly in your face like a windows is.

But I was a Mac owner, but I can't exactly remember what it was.

This is a good texture pack! It's simple and still looks blocky!
