Firstly, take the "BoxCraft.ico" file, out of the .zip and put it on your desktop.
You right-click the Minecraft.exe, and click "Create Shortcut".
After that, right-click the shortcut, and click "Properties." Then, click "Change Icon..."
Then go to the destination where the "BoxCraft.ico" file is. Click it, and Apply changes.
