WOW NICE TEXTURE PACK I MIGHT STEAL IT haha just joking i freaking suck at doing anything in live i can copy that lol ive been looking at this for a while hope you release it soon :tongue.gif: but im just learning about this so called.... ehhhh... "Bookmark" feature and so.... BOOKMARKED yay hope it does something good and all that good stuff....
Has anyone tried the 512x terrain.png? I set the graphics settings to the lowest, gave minecraft 7gb of ram, and i'm lagging like there's no tomorrow. I'll try with optimine and optifog, and see what I can do with that, but unless you have more ram than god, and better than a core i7 processor, you're not going anywhere fast.
Does anyone have some suggestions for another texture pack for me to drop these preview textures in to that provide nice similar HD vector-ish GUI and other objects and icons? Not to distribute, obviously, just for personal use until the real one comes out.
You are not going to run it [email protected], gtx560ti, 4gb 1333mhz and i barely get 30 fps (hardly playable)
you might think about getting 64bit java and downloading new drivers for your computer, that would give you at least 15 fps
or wait till notch officially makes hd texture packs work
dude, i have a i7 870, GTX 580, 8gb of DDR3 and 64 bit java and i barely get 30+ FPS
1920x1080p isn't nice :\
edit: and this is with 4gb straight to minecraft.
He said around this month i hope next week though :biggrin.gif:

Retired StaffAlso, this texture pack would look amazing with the GLSL shaders bump map. Ever thought about making the textures 3d? :biggrin.gif:
Anyway, will you be working on the GUI + items too?
Also... good pack too. :tongue.gif: I will download it when it's released. :smile.gif: Thanks!
My Specs:
Intel Core2 Quad Processer
GeForce 9800
16 gigs RAM (8 dedicated to minecraft)
Please help i only get like 1 fps
