Make sure you use the non-modloader version if you don't have ModLoader and vice versa, you need the ModLoader version if you have ModLoader installed. I'm talking about the Water Shader, obviously;)
Hmm @FravashY I did use MCPatcher originally to download and use the texture pack but then i turned the minecraft.jar into a folder so i could put the water shader mod on so now the MCPatcher won't work on the jar.
and @Welka1982 I believe I did that to begin with i used the non modloader since i don't have modloader

Try at first patch your *.jar file with last MCPatcher, then put shader files inside it. For me it works. MB try redownload minecraft.jar.

You're saying you unpacked the minecraft.jar into a folder? Don't do that...
You should always be able to drag+drop mod files into the .jar. If you can't, get something like 7-zip, that's what I use. Never unpack the .jar.
I would get a new .jar, run MCPatcher (latest version), then re-install any mods you have/want.
Sphax please retain your pentagonal sun and moon. I like how you took Minecraft's quadrilateral theme, and simply added one point of detail, creating pentagrams. It was a nice touch, and the round moons/sun will surely take away from that style.

The round suns and moon in the vanilla pack still are squares that are put together making a round shape. Technically since the moon and sun are far away and would be made with blocks they would appear round because of the distance. That's just my opinion though.

Notice I said "style", not "realism". Minecraft has always been about gameplay and style. Not realism.
I was wondering if you had a "to do list" that followed a certain pattern for the changes as you did before. For instance, will the new nether mobs be done first or will the dragons be worked on. I appreciate your work and thanks for the customizer (Even though I like how everything is currently done :smile.gif: ).
Is there a plan to change the texture of cobble, smooth stone, and stone brick? At a quick glance they all look the same and in the inventory screen I do keep choosing the wrong stone I want to use.

And the style still uses blocks within the moon. Notch's version of round moons still sticks with the aesthetic of Minecraft which is blocks that make up a moon. It is not a completely round moon. If everything is truly supposed to be square and not use squares to make objects then just about every mob Notch has recently made is contrary to his style. The enderman have long slender arms that are very rectangle. The dragon is hardly just a square with a few other squares attached to him. I don't want a realistic Minecraft either. It probably doesnt matter though. Sphax has created a customizer and he will mostly make different variations of the moon and sun to cater to all of our diverse tastes. Whatever he comes up with, I'm sure we will both agree that it will be pretty awesome.

Not sure if this issue came up though
Are you sure you are using the most up to date pack? Those 3 hardly look the same in any way at the moment on mine.
There are also changes to particles.png but that's pretty much it as far as I can tell.
