The jar contains the game (basically). People pay for the game, and you just distributed it on a public link for free. That's illegal. Don't be a newbie yourself, now. You should take it down before you get in real trouble.
Not sure if anyone's mentioned it since the search function is broken, but the water droplet particles are missing from particles.png (you know how water and lava now drip through blocks?). I added a very crude fix for it, if anyone wants it. It's just aesthetic, but here's the .png anyway:

All HD texture packs require MCPatcher. Go to this link, http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/232701-181-19pre2update-103-mcpatcher-hd-fix-212/ download and run. Once you patch using this program your texture packs will function properly.
It's both illegal and against forum rules to distribute the .jar file, so you should probably take it down

Curse PremiumNetherrack or netherblock.... the red stuff. Looks werid in your texture pack.. its all Red and Bubbley
it doesnt seem like Nether at all. and looks like im on red Bubbles.
maybe you could make a 2nd texture for the Netherblocks a more darker/evil look. Thanks

Not a good idea. Dropbox has bandwidth limits. This pack is popular enough the links would die every other day and he'd need to use another account.

It'll be enchanted weapons and armor. I assume their glow is the same as golden apples.
