Since i use 1.9 on my server i'll have to switch to 128x128 instead of 256x256. Since you use vectors i'm guessing you draw them all at a higher res and scale them back? If so. i would love you forever if you release a GLSL shader in 256/512 :biggrin.gif:
P.S. was thinking of recommending your pack to a friend of mine, and he was curious on the 512x512 system requirements, any idea on a GPU thatd be required for it?

dunno a GPU requirement on that one
i run a Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS and it can handle 128 very well
also no this is all drawn at 128x
So, how do you scale them in photoshop?
And even, why didn't you posted the other resolutions of the new version if you just need to scale it?
I want 256x ´_´
If you want 256 so bad, resize the images yourself. "Note: This pack is "vector based" and is available in all common resolutions from 16x16 to 512x512. However, the privileged resolution will be 128x128."
That probably means that he creates the pack in 128x. He could downscale the 128x version to the lower resolutions but that would look terrible after the rasterization. That being said, it takes time to manually scale each vectored image. And yes, I do know my way around Photoshop. I used CS5 as well, being a graphic designer. I don't vector often but I do know what it takes, and if you want the latest pack in different resolutions you'll have to be patient.
I fully support this texture pack! just wanted to say good job! instead of posting a problem of some sort, which is what i usually do when i have to post.
Since about 5.6.2 (which is WAY behind any new CS Version.) it does.
And i laughed hard at the "images made with pixels" one.. everything u do with graphic's is just "pixels" even vectors.
In fact they are just displayed as pixels, but vector images are images done with vectors(Duh!), wich are sets of coordinates, so if you want to scale them you just need to multiply it's coordinates.
Anyways, since our display is based in pixels, then you have to convert the vector images to pixels to display them.

And how would i upscale the image if i only have the bitmaps avaible?
That would only make me lose detail.
I dont get it hwo to patch the clay soldiers... I play on 1.8 and I patched it like in the read me, clayman content draged into the texture folder :/

Guessing that's why its the preferred res then. Alright thanks
and by GLSL shader did you mean bump map or light map?
Bumpmap, Don't think i've ever used the light map shader, never got bump map to work right either to be honest haha. but that was back in 1.4
i dont actually know how to do that but i wiill find tuts

Everything is actually in .png format. Do you know nothing about how this works? Anyway, that was my point. Just wait for him to update it properly.
Good stuff :biggrin.gif:
Great pack too, just downloaded it and trying it out now. :wink.gif:
