Oh, just a note about the mod: Don't forget to add in different resolutions for the textures of the lanterns/etc. Not everyone always uses a high-res pack and may not realize that it is one when they download the mod.
Otherwise, it looks cool. I may use it in the future. :smile.gif:
This texture pack looks great... the only thing keeping me from using it is the large pentagon crosshair. Is there any way to change this out for a smaller dot, or plus crosshair?
I heard about your pack on Minecraft Monday today. You have put a lot of work into it... looks really nice.
My thoughts exactly - I'm making something on my own but I don't have photoshop pro or anything so I'm looking for other programs. Tried GIMP, but it's not workin out so well =/ Can't quite center it right.
I heard somewhere about paint.net - ganna try it out

Sounds good. If you come up with something that works, please share.
I wouldn't mind trying to edit it myself, but I'm not sure where the right files are.

You can go into /gui/icons.png and edit it yourself. I did just because I like the crosshairs, just a bit smaller.
I have something I'll settle for xD I got my high accuracy cursor down, but I'm not sure I like my border - it's easy enough to remove if you want to remove it though. I'll post a link to paint.net and also, the file that has the cursor is called icons.png under the gui folder.
Paint.net : http://paint.net/ - this'll redirect to the same url... they have a very strange website.
The only thing that could make this pack even better is if you incorporate a customizer API like MinecraftCustomizer.net, or create a website like Painterly that lets users tweak specific tiles.
Don't get me wrong; I love the pack and I'm a huge fan, although there always gonna be just a few textures that people would like to change... I wish I had even an inkling of artistic tendency, because I'd gladly donate my time helping with alternate textures. :wink.gif: Again, great pack, Sphax! You're really taking the MC community by storm these last couple of weeks...
Any chance for a water alt that works well with the water shader mod? Well, a waterfall alt :tongue.gif:
There is a setting under bin/shader/config were you can change the water or waterfall color. I have not messed with it yet, but waterfalls look white in default minecraft as well. Try messing with the waterfall color and see if you can find a setting that looks better.

First off all, great texture pack. It took this to finally tear me away from Dokucraft, and while I still love it, I don't miss it either. Incidentally, I also definitely recommend the use of MinecraftCustomizer.net. That site is a Godsend.
Anyway, had a question regarding your mod support: I noticed Mystic Mods is listed at 40%, and was wondering if I could get a general idea of what that included, given that the pack is separated into three different groups.
I used to be a purist, and I especially disliked HD texture packs, before I found this. The art style is brilliant, it suits the minecraft world in such a weird way, I love it, and it's so easy on the eyes. It makes any [unsupported] mod content look so bland.
For information, I've released my very first MOD for Minecraft. It's a simple one which add new functional and decorative lights. :wink.gif:

My high-accuracy icons.png for the 128x - should work for everything lower but untested, and I can't go higher than that atm xD : http://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/
I'm no artist btw >> Took my way too long to make this xD

Thanks guys... I found the file and I checked out paint.net... it's actually not bad for quick edits... thanks.
I'm using the 256, so I made my own. It's a simple crosshair... small and won't get in your way. If anyone wants it, here it is.
