PS: PureBDcraft has always been updated before or just in time for official releases of new Minecraft versions. It has also been always 100% complete with an original content (Blocks, Items and Mobs textures in PureBDcraft are hand made, never took from Internet or copy pasted from the work of other artists).
I seen in various places that some users are complaining that PureBDcraft has a lot less updates nowadays...
That's true but:
1) Minecraft itself has a lot less updates as well - content wise.
2) PureBDcraft has a huge daily support for most of the Community Mods for years
3) PureBDcraft has some official Addons to complete the HD&3D experience on BDcraft.net
4) BDcraft.net also have 2 other flavors: VanillaBDcraft and GrungeBDcraft
5) PureBDcraft is also updated for MinecraftPE
... and if you need support regarding the pack or have any suggestion to improve it, feel free to ask/post here or use directly the BDcraft Community Forum which is pretty active and responsive.
If you want more content or more updates, I strongly suggest you to have a look at the PureBDcraft Addons, like the 2 released ones "More 3D Items" and "More 3D Blocks". I'm sure you will like them for a true HD experience.
PureBDcraft is the first ComicBook/Cartoon styled ResourcePack for Minecraft, the first ResourcePack in all resolutions for Minecraft (x16 to x512, x128 recommended) and is now more than 4 years old! The whole BDcraft.net team is proud of it and want to thank you all, awesome players, for your kind words and your loyalty.
First I'd like to say to Diamond Miner, I absolutely LOVE your texture pack. It's the only one I use all the time, and I couldn't possibly live without the sphax textures in Minecraft.
Ontop of that, when I found out you also spread your textures to mods and mod packs, I was absolutely ecstatic. The trees from BOP and Natura stand out so well, in comparison to what they looked like before! I always felt they were so ugly, especially compared to Sphax vanilla textures, and never could use them for anything before. But now I can! And it offers so many new colors of wood to choose from, too!
With that said, there was always one I'm afraid that stood out like a sore thumb, that I couldn't help but nitpick about.....the ghost wood planks. Those odd diamonds you placed in the wood stand out so weird, I looks totally unnatural. I wanted to offer a suggestion on a simple edit that I did that I feel improved the planks and made it look ghostly.
I took your willow plank, changed it to grey scale, inverted it, then tweaked the darkness level to it. Inverting it really makes it look ghostly. I'm assuming making it look ghostly is what you were trying to do with the wood originally, but I don't feel it turned out that way....it makes it look plastic and fake, not ghostly.
I just wanted to offer my 2 cents, in hopes maybe my idea could help better the pack for you in any way. Of course you don't have to take my suggestion, I guess it's pretty much for those who might agree with my thoughts on the ghost wood planks.
Hey I've made a resource pack using some of purebdcraft items, block textures and models, it has been for personal use only, but i was wandering if i could upload it to be downloaded freely in steelfeathers dragon dance thread, since that is the base resource pack. Do I have your permission?
Not sure what is going on but I never had this issue in earlier versions of MC. What are those strange lines? Happens all the time. Also with vanilla MC I can see lines in between the edge of blocks which is fixed by OptiFine, not sure if these MC versions are just buggy.
This Resource Pack is my absolute favorite! I love seeing MC in a comic-like style, it fits very well! I also enjoy playing with the VanillaBDcraft pack too!
The Chorus Flower is made up of the chorus_alpha1-3 and chorus_plant files.
Ah that's what I thought. But when I try to move the chorus alpha files to my hybrid texture pack, they don't work. It just shows the default chorus flower texture.
When standing a small distance away from wheat, carrots and potatoes, there is a weird effect just above them, as if there's a mirage above it (not shimmering, just standing lines with the color of the textures.
This is not the case with beetroot, so it's probably not a simple system-wide settings or shaders issue.
W.I.P. means "Work In Progress."
Hi. You're looking at the signature of a user that has pretty much quit Minecraft, but I might still be lurking. You can take a look if you want.

i can't open bdcraft.net - having loading and loading and loading... Site died?
You're not allowed to use any BDcraft textures in publicly available remix packs. This is explained on the download page: http://bdcraft.net/purebdcraft-minecraft#license

With your pack:
Without your pack:
Jaggedy/white lines are usually due to anti-aliasing (sometimes with Minecraft's own, but usually when forced via your cards' settings).
The "fix" is explained for Nvidia cards here: http://bdcraft.net/community/pbdc-help/texture-pack-installation-and-patching-guide-t1093.html (Common Problems > Getting white raster lines between blocks).
AMD cards and possibly Intel should also have similar settings for AA in their panels.
Regardless, the pack itself isn't responsible for the issue, it's just making it more apparent.
This Resource Pack is my absolute favorite! I love seeing MC in a comic-like style, it fits very well! I also enjoy playing with the VanillaBDcraft pack too!
Does anyone know where the location of the Chorus Flower block is? It doesn't appear to be in the "blocks" folder. All I can find is the Chorus Plant.
The Chorus Flower is made up of the chorus_alpha1-3 and chorus_plant files.
Ah that's what I thought. But when I try to move the chorus alpha files to my hybrid texture pack, they don't work. It just shows the default chorus flower texture.
You need to move /assets/minecraft/models/block/chorus_flower.json and chorus_flower_dead.json also.
That did it! Thank you so much. I didn't know about these new notepad files
There's something I've noticed.
When standing a small distance away from wheat, carrots and potatoes, there is a weird effect just above them, as if there's a mirage above it (not shimmering, just standing lines with the color of the textures.
This is not the case with beetroot, so it's probably not a simple system-wide settings or shaders issue.
So...
Silly me, it's only an issue in Optifine, and it's also an issue with the default resource pack, so please disregard my previous post.
