I've been trying my best to try to play with the sphax pack ive tried to place the zip in the resourcepacks folder, ive put and extraced version of the folder, not using optifine, please if anyone knows the solution to this please tell me. i have optifine installed and for some reason it refuses to select sphax pack!! i love this pack so HELP!!
you don't put the zip inside the resource packs folder. You get the download, unzip it, THEN put it in the resource packs folder.
Can you consider making an alternate Glow Stone texture? The blocks look kind of gross when you try to use them as an aesthetic light source. Could you make them elegant and attractive - a real visual centerpiece? Something bright, clean, without all the multicolored gobs?
I saw this doing a Google image search thing - the center goldish looking one - I sort of think that is heading in the right direction maybe.
I am using mcpatcher-4.1.0_02 with the Sphax PureBDcraft 128x MC16 TP. Just asking if the Horse Armour was fivxed yet and other little things like the spider eyes etc.
I love the texturepack and all but I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS SPHAX, everytime I try to download any resolution with and version (I am trying to download the 256x256 resource pack) af.ly says "Sorry, but we could not find the page you are looking for" PLEASE HELP ANYONE, I WILL TAKE A MEDIAFIRE DOWNLOAD IF NECESSARY!!!
can you supported the dimensional doors mod i think those fabrics of time and space could use color and sphaxpurebdcraft(i cant myself because paint.net does not work right now i cant install others)

I've just downloaded the 128x version for Minecraft 1.6 but when I go to select it in Resource Packs it doesn't change. There is a short amount of lag like it's verifying it but it doesn't apply the pack. I have Forge #804 and Optifine HD B4 Ultra installed.
Weird thing is, it's working on my cousins computer with the same setup.
Help would be greatly appreciated [I can't play on Default for too long lol]
Not sure if it is me but the 256x version seems to not work? I choose it, and it reverts to Default.
Plus the new text is bad in my opinion. The old one was much better.

Turns out if you are using Optifine, you can go into Options > Video Settings > Animations and set "Terrain Animated" to OFF
Seems to do the trick.
