There is a bonus section in the bdcraft.net page and I downloaded an icon for the Minecraft Launcher there. How can I install it?
If you are using the EXE you need to make a shortcut to the EXE, same if you are launching from a BAT file.This can be done in Windows by right clicking the file in question and selecting Send To > Desctop (Create Shortcut)
1) Once you have the shortcut on your desktop, right click it and selct Properties
2) If the properties menu did not open on the Shortcut tab, select that tab at the top of the Menu.
3) Near the bottom of the shortcut tab should be a button that reads Change Icon, click that.
4) From the Change Icon menu select or Browse to the location you saved the .ICO file
5) Open the Icon file, this will cause the Icons within to be displayed as selectable Icons.
In this case each Icon file contains only one Icon, so select that and hit OK
6) That will close the Icon Selection window, To finalize your Icon selection simply Press Apply and then OK at the bottom of the shortcut properties window.
The Icon for the shortcut will be updated to the Sphax Icon (or any Icon) you select, It should be but might not be immediate, If it did not immediately change right click anywhere on your desktop and click Refresh.
why is it still not updatd for the latest screenshot?
Because it takes time and because the content of snapshots is never fixed... For example I've done the Creative GUI for th snapshot 12w21b but it has changed in snapshot 12w22a before I released the update... :s
Because Sphax is probably still working on the PureBDCraft styling of all the cool new things that keep getting added, like tripwire hooks, visible string, emeralds, emerald ore, blocks of emerald, the trade gui, the creative gui, Ender chests, etc... (very eager to see how his Ender chests look)
I'm always pleasantly surprised when Sphax takes the time to make an update for snapshot versions, because Mojang can really change their blocks/items between them on a week to week basis.

This texture pack is my soul mate texture pack thingy. I've been using it ever since my friend suggested it to me. I've been using it in my LP in almost every episode for about 2 months. Just when I thought I was getting tired of it my love for it was renewed! Thank you for making the best texture pack ever invented!
I seem to recall you mentioning one day making an alternately themed pack, say MedievalBDCraft. Do you still have the intention of doing that? I think that would be very interesting to see what you can do in an alternate style. Please don't get the wrong idea; I love this TP! It's my favorite pack ever and I only use PureBDCraft, but I just thought it would be interesting to see what comes from something like that. Keep up the good work!
Absolutely 110% sure... It just redirects me to BDCraft.net on ALL of the texture sizes in the download page, I've tried all planetminecraft ones aswell. I've downloaded the pack several times the exact same way, now it just wants to backfire on me.
EDIT: I decided to scrounge up IE again and now it worked, whenever I use firefox I get this URL(http://q.gs/564553/bdcraft-redirect) and no download. Might be some options I've made on with my browser but it worked flawlessly earlier, and I haven't made any changes to it since then.

This is my favorite texture pack. All I ask for is wood texture options to choose from. If there already is some, please point me to them, but only if they were made for this pack. Sphax is the best.
