I'm currently trying to play the aether mod with this texture pack. The only error I had is that in game, stone blocks appear with a tiny animated fire and nether portal animation on their corners. Tried using mcpatcher before, but when I do, it reverts the .jar back to it's state, and the aether mod is gone, while the texture is fixed.
Am I missing an important step, or is this texture not up to date with aether as of now?

Hello sir, I love you texture pack!! I have a question for you,
I am piecemealing a texturepack together, taking my favorite parts of texturepacks and combining all the pieces to make an epic texture pack. I started this for personal use but in the end I would like to share it on my server's forums. I am not an owner of the server, but I am staff. We do not require people to pay to play on our server.
I plan on giving full attribution and linking back to the original makers of all the texture packs that I use, and listing what parts from which packs I used. I noticed you are copyrighted under Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0).
So I guess I am formally asking your permission to use pecies of your texture pack. I do not plan on making it an official texture pack for our server, or listing it for download any place other than the members section of our forum.
If you do not wish me to do so I fully understand and shall comply.

I've been looking at this pack for a while, and would love to use it, but the site isn't working right (as you know) and I can't use the recommended resolution, because I can't install minecraft patcher.

this is the first texture pack ive come across that i actually want to install. the problem is i cant install it because your site doesnt load. is there anyway you can host it somewhere else or send it to me directly through skype??? this would be just the thing to put the cherry on my new video series

However, I completely disagree with positionning an XRayPack in 4th (this kind of pack don't need a lot of work at all).
It isn't really like a texture pack, no offense to the creator of it
Most likely someone in the voting process uses the X-ray texture pack and vouched for it to be very high.
