theres a problem with either this texture pack or how it plays with 1.0.0. every time I see a stone block it has 1 or more, for lack of a better word, 'microtextures' of the original fire and portal textures in the corner. other that that, this pack looks awesome. fix this plz and it will be perfect.
edit: heres an image of the problem. no mcpatcher doesn't fix it, it only makes the game lag horribly. i installed this the way it's meant to be installed (putting the zip file in the texture pack folder) and it runs flawlessly.

Yeah I figured that out:P Was just about to post that the side textures of the Swamp Grass were the original grass color, but that seems to be a bug in the game itself.

I had to use CMD to allow Minecraft more ram raised it to 4gigs my specs are
i7 2600K @ 4.4ghz
8.00 GB DDR3 @ 800MHz (9-9-9-24)
HD 6950 with unlocked shaders
It is working pretty good but takes a bit longer to start up and does still seem to randomly crash. Allowing Minecraft to much ram makes it crash constantly for whatever reason.
Just posting to let you know 32x and 128x are working flawlessly for me. They look great, and while I have other texture packs on my system, BDcraft is still the only pack I use. Thanks for all your hard work.
I will when I want my Laptop to overheat :tongue.gif: (at least, it became WAY to hot on fancy in earlier Beta versions :S) Nevertheless it's still a bug :tongue.gif:
No it's not.
It uses more CPU for your computer to individually color each sidegrass.png when you are in a swamp biome. So Notch made it in the Fancy graphics option to use less power unless you want it.

Decided I might see if my computer can run the 512x512 version, so I clicked it it waited 20 seconds for it to change and Minecraft crashes... I guess not

i love this texture pack but i can't install the v1 addition i do it the way I've always done it on my mac make it a zip and drag it into my texture pack folder and when i try to use it it always has that no color picture and the name of the pack plz help!
I installed the 128x version today, since thats your "recommended" version. Its beautiful, actually a lot nicer than I thought it would be. I liked the few seconds I saw of a video with the texture pack, but kept umming when I saw your "ad" collage on the 1st page as it looked too surreal/comicbooky for me.
However, once I downloaded and installed it, I've fallen in love with it, its definately in the top 3, and for the moment, my absolute fav :smile.gif: I like the resolution too. With the 64x texture pack from another person, when I was near a block it was super pixelly, which when mining and staring close up at blocks for a while, tends to give you a headache.
The 128x pack of yours still gives slight pixels, but they are perfect, still giving "pixel" feeling without "noise". I actually love the cartoon style, its not too over the top and the world looks amazing. Diamonds for you :smile.gif:
Creeper is not for those that don't want to end up in the hospital. LOL. It was the middle of the day time, I came up out of my mine (inside my house) and looked out my window to see your texture creeper staring back at me, I actually screamed (scared other house occupants quite a lot I'll tell you) looks bloody scary! I actually put sand in front of my door as my door has a bug that makes it keep opening, so I was paranoid that creeper would come in, I'm like a 5yr with the closet boogeyman, lol, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
