This is a really good texture pack. I really like the nether textures and the mobs in particular.
There is only one thing that keeps it from becoming my default texture pack ...
Stone, Cobblestone and Stone Brick are all very, very similar (even close up).
I think the stone brick texture should be made more similar to the default (i.e. larger bricks) as it is right now it basically, looks like cobblestone with the stones slightly more aligned to the horizontal. The 'mortar' colour in between the stone cracks of cobblestone is basically, the same as stone making them hard to differentiate. Stone could stand to be more smooth/wavy in texture to make it stand out more from the 'chunkier' cobble and brick.

i need help why when i go in my game the stones have a wired fire and nether icons on the edge of it its really anoying i tryed another version and all kinda of stuff but i cant figure out . u could email me or reply, my email is [email protected]

I can see how one could get confused by cobblestone and stone brick in your inventory but not close up....stone is distinct enough to avoid confusion altogether IMHO.
This looks like a better version of Wind Walker. This texture pack is just EPIC! But may I suggest something?
Maybe, make some textures more equal, so they match when they connect: like leaves? Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Ok so I downloaded this texture pack today and it is, just... WOW. Amazing. I love it. But there is one problem the lava and water textures are... not right. Heres a screenshot

I posted a brief tutorial on converting the villager textures to a player/npc skin. Since then I've been experimenting around with NPC skins and here's some of the better ones I've done so far:
The bottom image is my first attempt at creating something new (in this case I expanded the vest into a full hoodie) as opposed to simply cutting and pasting. It's pretty rough but with a bit more practice I should be able to start some skins for Tale of Kingdoms and maybe Millenaire.

Are you sure this is the offcial pack and not a remix? Also are there any mods that might be changing the texture? That lava isnt even the default lava so I don't know how that works XD

Well all I have is that texture, downloaded from the link shown at the beginning of the thread, MCpatcher and the Water Shader Mod. I've tried the texture without the Water Shader Mod on and it still comes up. When I go into the options of MCupdater and chose lava to be Not Animated it shows alright, but not animated of course. I looked in the files of the texture pack and i seem to be missing a custom_lava_flow.png file. I've downloaded all the different bit versions - 64bit, 128 etc - and I still have the same problem.

Funny, the 1.9.5 pack came with it, try using that, its in all resolutions and I'm certain it has the custom animations. If you're already using 1.9.5 pack then I can't help you :\

it allready does. randomobs is now part of mcpatcher. sphax has really good randomobs so far, the best infact!

As you can see it is also not the texture that came with the pack
Funny, the 1.9.5 pack came with it, try using that, its in all resolutions and I'm certain it has the custom animations. If you're already using 1.9.5 pack then I can't help you :\
