For information: I've nearly done the villager NPC. :smile.gif:
I'll test it and if it's ok for me after some tweaks&tests, I'll create the other jobs. :biggrin.gif: *excited and impatient to see the result myself*
I'm nearly sure you'll like them!
EDIT: Remember the indice ( )
That says "inspired by jawa"... ummmmmmmmmmmm. Is that supposed to mean something? I could be wrong?
EDIT: I cannot wait for your versions of the npc's! Not just them but ALL the new mobs! :biggrin.gif:
My favorite tex pack, especially with the water shaders! Hopefully the glsl shaders don't take too long after the full release cause those made everything that much better. Do you think you could add the bump mapping to it for the glsl shaders mod? Ha ha obviously not now seeing as they haven't updated since 1.7 and wont update till the full release, but still, that would be cool when it did happen
After much digging around so far I've found that in 1.9pr3 there are:
3 new additions to terrain.png
6 new icons in items.png
2 new gui interfaces (alchemy and enchanting)
1 new item texture (book)
24 new effects icons (for enchantments) in inventory.png
AND 29 additions to particles.png!!
Furthermore the textures for the enchanting table is in the spot in terrain.png where Sphax has the alternative pumpkin textures so it looks like thing's will have to be moved around a bit.
So maybe some of us need to start reading some Adobe Illustrator tutorials OR take our ADD medication and NOT start bugging Sphax about 1.9pr3 changes!
How can I change the color of grass and water in the swamp? Which texture is responsible for it?
Thanks.
I think thats not about the texture pack, its like how grass changes in biomes.. (thats way it has black&white texture in terrain.png.. So color can be anything in biomes.. Maybe you can change it back with modding but i its not about the tex. pack (i might be wrong so don't be so sure..)

i thought this too...., pity it cant be changed, i hate the new swamp 'dead' looking biome
I just made a 1.9 Pre 3 compatible version of PureBDCraft. In no way is this official. All's I did was insert the default textures for the 1.9 Pre 3 jar into the PureBDCraft 1.9 Pre 2 terrain file. If you want to download this here is the download link: http://www.mediafire.com/?oqk9e65ht9ec7ef
Note: If I'm not aloud to do this, then please tell me and I'll take it off.

It can be changed but its a bit difficult to do imo. I'm sure for others its easy. It's under the folder MISC and then Foliage Color. This is how some texture packs have red grass and other random colors. Hope this helps.

I love how you act like you know what you're talking about with ADD meds.
I have literally seen at least over 150 texture packs and tried most of them out, and this is by far my favorite. The only thing i would love to see, is some alternative texture for the various blocks, maybe in a terrain_alt.png?
But you really should make an alternative texture for the pine leaves, because I don't think that the one used today looks like pine leaves.

thanks for tip. i may look into this.
edit: i checked it out but there is no brown 'dead' looking colour. any pointers?
And we might break up if I don't wake up to the sun.
thanx for comfirmation... wasnt sure if i read correctly!
