Hunger turned around as radiation, with a simple twist. Full food meter shows up as nothing. Each empty spot of food, shows up as a unit of radiation. so then all the food and drug stuff is used to remove the radiation that naturally builds up.
can be said that good food, low in radiation, and then stuff like the melon is radiation resistance medication, glistening melon could be like a IV pack of rad medication. would A) make the GUI more open, (wanted to make the GUI be a bit more sparse, and :cool.gif: help justify the use of drugs as food. also C) would be a a cool twist.

Here's the GUI I imagine, this is before ANY testing, if you test it out, lemme know any ANY glitches, I'm having hard time making heads or tales of a few of the redundancies, and different colors. this is about the only thing I'm puzzled with. but it should be useful, and add a nice flare to the game that will add depth and immersion.
Also armor is now more of a meter of durability of overall armor. I tried to minimize the GUI overall, the hardcore being just the basic cross even.
sidenote: i hate the cross hair goes over the center pixel, that's just bad design for sniping.

I have an idea...using mcpatcher it is possible to animate most blocks. I managed to animate the pumpkin block( it's some kind of old tv with static) and I have some ideas to animate other blocks such as the wools(fans, various monitors, cameras etc.) Should I post here if I manage to animate some of them?
yes, i sooo wanted to do it up. just some of the stuff is suppose to be rubbish and NOT animated. at most i'd do some subtle glows. but something still have life in them, items mostly.
TV's, ovens, powered rails and detectors, red stone wire, torch, normal torches, repeaters, dispenser, piston, tnt, cake, bookshelves, jukebox, map icon, slime ball, some of the dyes, ender pearl, mob spawner, the black soul sand, glowstone, tilled soil
finished wheat, and maybe the one just before it, (I'll probably do one that has sort of a digital display read out)
phospherscent mushrooms glow...
diamond block could use some love, lapis block, ore dimaond, ore lapis,
diamond sword,diamond axe, dimaond pick axe, and the iron pick axe, buckets of lava, radio (gray wool), gieger (light blue wool), flower and trees and flame thrower.
that's seems like all of it. it's my goal at least... once everything else is done.
erm, untested icons, i know there's bugs with it, realized it last night, that the background would some through. but the eating of water, i need to fix the sound for it more then anything. like something bit-tune ish.
1: i fixed my gui and texture mix ups. turns out i was using not only an outdated patcher but also 1.9 humans+. kinda embarrasing.
2: i updated the truck i mentioned in an earlier post that i made specificly for this texture pack, and also made a few more vehicles if anyone wants to use them. and i stopped doin the noob mistake of using broken lights as wheels XD. instead im using iron blocks (wich i THINK are are vents) as hover jets, and mushroom blocks as wheels.
if anyone wants to use them, go right ahead

got the enderman down, most of the mobs are not in 32x def. I took croco's creation made him a TV head and tried to snazzy him into a bit more high-def and a bit more stark contrast, also made the back glow as well as the TV.

I'd like to say when i can upload them onto the customizer, but i don't even have time to TEST most of this stuff... going to speed and ingenuity over pure quality.
changed the BG to be black and white (bit of contrast and film grain for flare.), the 3d panoram int eh start screen, now it's sort of like a memory of the days before, simple and effective UGH CHECK IT
