Alright, /now/ I'm done with the elemental creepers. It took me awhile to figure out how to translate the cookie creeper into Last Days, which is why it took so long.

Ladies and gentlemen, say hello to... The Druggatron! (It'll be the top right of the preview pictures in the spoiler below)

Yes, i mean like them looking like the fallen but with pale skin, less worn out clothse, maybe a little more human.

Awesome. I'm counting on Halph to do that too. I think it would be better if he finished what he started for the sake of consistency. Anyways, I'll keep writing too. When its all done we will have a pretty awesome lore page.


I agree. We will finally have fellow survivors! Hopefully there's a going to be a couple different skins, so we don't have a bunch of clones walking around. Although using a man with a beard should be fine, since it hides their facial features.


Well, I think using the scientist skin for the villagers might look a little strange or did you mean something else?

Fallen is what Last Days lore calls the zombies, from History's day I think... I' can work on the aehter a bit more, and do a few more tools, write the lore in a bit more organizer way.

Mystic Stones/Ruins/Ores is next on my list of mods to do :wink.gif:

I have recently tried to download this texture pack and it didnt work. I went in my texturepacks folder (not tab "Mods & Texture packs) and it was there please respond to me how to activate it.

Did you place the .zip folder into the texturepacks folder, or did you extract the contents?

You install a texture pack by placing the zip folder itself into your texturepacks folder. You don't extract it.

I totally agree with that. If you look a little further back in the thread you'll see that I suggested that too. I personally think they would be perfect for Last Days. Although I think they should have a different name. Perhaps "Rustroach"? And its fine, no need to apologize. :wink.gif:

I personally think the second one with the leaves still looks best for the trees.

I really like this pack, but it really seems TOO monotone a lot of the time, especially indoors. I understand you're going for the bleak post-apocalyptic look, but you can still get that if you threw a few more browns and greens in there, even a little yellow/orange here and there wouldn't hurt.

Again, I like the style, but too much grey makes things blend together too much and creates visual boredom.

So basically, would it be possible to see a version of this pack with more contrasting colors in the future?

as for the trees, robotic ones look like lego trees, love em :biggrin.gif:

They spawn in Abandoned Mine Shafts.[26]
Their attacks are venomous.
Have a unique mob spawner.

7 new biomes.[12] (around 24:25)
New "Mushroom biome".[45] which will include Huge Mushrooms, both brown and red.[46]

we can also add new ones into it. this might be the coolest ****ing mod in all of minecraft.

with the cotten blocks i can maybe edit them to have sounds too. humms for some of them ticking for the clock, sparking for the dead light, hissing for the pipes, light beeping or chittering of old computers for others. the tape deck could even be some sort of recording looping on it. the old radio i could even do hissing of radio or just the sound of a dead air on.
this is really potent.

just so you know, i did the sound pack up currently, so i'm going to make this my *****, do it good.

Oh, has it been confirmed whether or not an Aether mod texture-set is being made, Last Days style? They seem to have a lot of ideas and want to keep adding.. In all honesty, I feel the Aether mod is better than the original Minecraft.. Well, if they do keep going then Last Days will have more to work with, which is fun for you guys.. Right?

oh yeah... the textures are all done as well as some of the tools for zanite and gravatite, in the customizer. enjoy. i got as much from the newest pack done up, but i've been working on another pack. i gave notes to croco, i dunno what he's got done. had another guy working on mobs, haven't heard from him in a bit. i'll get it done, when i get terrain.png of the new pack i'm working on, a cyber punk of last days I'm calling Last Runner. i'm almost at a point where i'm ready to go back to last days.

been working on last days for a few months, kinda got a bit bored :biggrin.gif:

anyways, it's a lot of ****ing work. my god does aether have a lot. i got the freezer and other stuff done up tho, and the ambrisioum shards. the mob skins aren't done yet, but everything else looks great. check it out :wink.gif:

also CROCO do up a diamond armor of the chain mail for the one fan on teh customizer, just change the color, it is a cool armor, he wants it for diamond armor also, which is fair since there is no chain mail.... so the icon would be needed :biggrin.gif:

1.8 textures have been released by Jeb. Here they are. Apparently he forgot to add the iron bars.

I tried the heavy ash option for snowfall on the customizer. Here's what it looked like:

The red and blue on the left there is another player helping me find my way around out there without getting completely lost. It was like wandering around in fog or a blizzard. :biggrin.gif:

i made it up for the survivalist, then i made the other textures of it being a lot lighter. never tested it out personally....
