Or better yet, have you ever thought about possibly doing something along the lines of the Painterly Pack? You know, selective/multiple choice?
I have noticed a lot of people commenting, for and against, certain ideas and things you've already made.
(The most recent was the "ear" and for it to be changed to drugs? ..I think)
If you had some sort of option to select what you want, then you can please everyone..

The thing is tho, since the pack is also meant for RP(role playing) servers, having a consistent pack is important. Although I can see there being alternatives and selective stuff for this pack, there needs to be a solid pack for the rp servers. this is why the the cloth is what it is, and not colored cloth.
The ear thing was hard to fix. I tried a backpack, but since 2 dropped, the pouches (purses) seem better, I also have the idea of making bone meal the canteen of water. seems appropriate, except i made the flowers piles of garbage.
The lava the way it was before, was more like fallout, which I love, but the new one made more sense. took a bit to get it right, it's in the nether it matters the most, the slight red to teh netherrack is needed too, unless we can change the fog color.
Are all those pics from one world? if so can i have it? (the save file of it)
And I checked out your website and wanted to ask how you made it? (using other websites that allow you to make your websites is annoying cause it has something like xxx.yoursite.com or xxx.freewebsitehosting.com etc.)
uuuh, the pics are some from my friends server I made, that looked good, and some of it is from my own save file. They're nothing grandiose, I was just planning on doing a story with the pics.
AS for my website, I have gone to school for design and programming, and have friends and family that do hosting (my mother makes a living off of website hosting and website design ) and then I used wordpress, and what's called Theme Hybrid, the Life Collage one specifically, and changed the pictures. I think I'm going to be revamping it now anyways.

it worked by having a text file called DO_NOT_REPLACE or something so you remove that and it goes back to the old sound... not so bad. when mod support comes round we'll have a choice of sounds, i hope. even if i have to make it myself.
I definitely really like the glowing blue mushroom and Halphprice's lava, but I think Croco should fix them up a bit so they feel more like the rest of the artwork. The blue mushroom is looking a little pixelly. I also really prefer Hal's Lapis Ore.
Hal, I love your brick, but the clay block is just ugly. Please change it; I think I understand what you're going for, but it just looks terrible. My general impression with clay is that it's caused by certain chemical reactions with sand. Maybe keep that idea, except the sand is irradiated so whatever is turning it into clay makes the clay come out... odd. As a pile of scrap it doesn't work.
I like the idea of trash flowers in theory, but personally I think it would make more sense as wildgrass.
Also: Please shorten and soften the piston sounds. They're noisy enough as is. Just tested it out with a piston clock, and it's baaad.

Can't complain about a 32x picture being pixely. it's like 8 pixels high, you get just about 18 bit high and 10 wide with shrooms.
as for the clay, i figure it more as washed up debris from long ago. that you ummm, get rid of the ****, i dunno. it's a laser oven OK. that's how you get batteries from a machine tree.
nano oven... or a potatoe oven for all i care. maybe it's not even an oven. i changed the particles for the oven, as well as the lights, the old one made sense for the lights it made it look like a Jacobs ladder. you can see it with my lights because they're short enough to not stick into the ceiling, but having it as a big of smoke, and some dots as smoke, i find less distracting and less cartoonish. i figure last days was against cartoonish, there's enough packs like that, like painterly and what not, this is suppose to be more like comic book.

have a nice lapis dye item icon as a blue crystal circuit board looking thing. it's true the lapis ore could look different, it's true. maybe a computer thing like it is now but with a glowing blue core, or something. just goes down the middle like a sliver. the lapis block could solid blue diamond i was hinking. good for making a computer core looking thing.
I could do some of that stuff up as alt art, but as it is, i tihnk orbital is suppose to be just a relic. kinda like vault-tec in fallout world, like an old Umbrella Corporations. they caused a big collapse, but they're gone, so is most of humanity. no one cares, not because they didn't **** up, but because no ones there TOO care.

Thank you HalphPrice for answering everyone's/comments questions while I was away! I busy was preparing for my vacation I will be taking very soon. July 17th to be exact (that's in 10 days). I will be away for a month and may not have access to a computer for most of it. I am aware that the update is coming which is why I will be leaving all of the textures that have been confirmed in here (once I complete them of course). Hopefully it only gets released after I get back, but if it doesn't I need someone to put an updated terrain.png (and any other new textures I didn't know about) into the latest version of my Last Days pack. If the update releases with any textures that I didn't leave behind, then HalphPrice will be in charge of creating them. HalphPrice will also be in charge of the thread while I'm on vacation (only 1 month, don't worry HalphPrice), but I will drop in occasionally if I get the chance.
The updated terrain.png is coming soon, probably later today or tomorrow morning.
And for those of you that care, I will be traveling to Brazil to visit family, relax, have fun, and visit a certain someone for health reasons. I will be traveling along the coast, visiting the capital along with 2 other major cities, and going to a few remote places.
