A realistic-type texture pack from the maker of Basico. This is still a work in progress, and there is plenty of work left for me to do. So, if you don't like it, delete it and don't post useless dribble. Any positive criticisms or suggestions are always welcome and appreciated, however.
RECOMMENDED MODS:
The More Paintings! MOD. It doubles the amount of paintings you can use, and makes switching between them MUCH easier. Basico's art file is optimized for the Xtreme edition of the mod.
The Water Shader MOD. It basically makes the water in Minecraft look, well, like water. Brilliant work.
Make sure to use MCPatcher HD fix to be able to use this texture pack . If you do not use it, your Minecraft will crash. If it crashes, this texture pack wasn't the cause, your failure to read was.

I have to admit, I giggle when I saw you started another adventure.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Be prepared because realistic textures
are going to require more detail than "basic" ones (obviously)
I had to register just to let you know I look forward to this texture pack. I think you are a great artist and hope you all the best. Keep up the great work.
These screens look excellent, Adriorn. I'm just worried how it will look in motion. Basico isn't really affected from the lack of texture filtering in Minecraft, but that stone texture there with so much detail makes me cringe after my experience with high detail packs like LB Photo Realism. If you aren't plagued by that, you're really onto something here.
Coming along amazing so far, Adriorn. I was actually shocked at beauty of this pack. You're standing water looks amazing this far. Have you managed to animate it as well? =)
This pack is particularly interesting because it's combining realistic elements with a basic/simple pack. You've blended them beautifully. Now I may have to switch out some of my texture packs in my folder for when this comes out. It's already reaching over 200mb at the moment. XD
The only gripe I have thus far is the side soil. Shouldn't the dirt be lightened/brighter as it approaches the surface instead of having a lightning progress downwards?

I would love to animate it, but I have yet to learn how. I've tried many times to do it with Básico and have totally failed. I actually, no exaggeration, had the lava flowing UP instead of down. I know there's a tutorial for Gimp, but I use Photoshop, and have failed.

I'll play around with that, I did it for purely aesthetic reasons, but good point. Let me see what happens. Thanks for the comments btw. And yes, I wanted to do something realistic, but with that little touch of simplicity.
This looks like it's coming along awesomely. The only thing I have to suggest (which I believe someone else mentioned) is the smoothstone. It looks a bit too noisy, and would look quite odd without the Mip Mapping mod.
Is excellent, surpassing every time you go more and more .. I look forward to this package of textures.
It is the balance between "Adriorns Básico" and Minecraft
This is really coming along great. The level of detail in this pack is mind-boggling
considering the limited detail inscribed in Basico.
Usually I honestly dislike many realistic packs, most likely due to the darker,
high contrasting colors. This seems on the smoother side of the many realistic packs.
Specifically I think that the wooden door and grass are your best textures so far. I'm interested
in seeing the other ores. It seems like your so called failed technique for the basico ores (I think you tested
this "ore style" on coal in your old pack), has become a success in this pack.
Anyway, i'm looking forward to more images, it's really coming along!

Good Luck, and I hope it comes out great!
I'd suggest looking at the dirt again, though. It looks sort of like some sort of fabric almost.
Love it though! Keep with it!

yes, you are right!
but the screens here show me something interesting, very very beautiful and creative.
Continue your work, you are doing an excellent work!

Have you thought about shading the edges of the trees to give them a "rounded" effect?
