Do you have a REALLLY small screen, or what? Those pictures are 90x90. Anyway, the Cthulhu as a Ghast is an amazing idea; I approve of this, good luck finishing it! ^^
Edit: At above, you can't use paint for texture packs, use gimp, paint.net or Photoshop. (or any other editing program that supports transparency.
