I've started converting my RedPower 2 textures over to Project Red.
Here's how the logic gates looked in RP2.
The Project Red logic gate textures are much more restrictive than the RP2 ones.
That's why they have to look different.
I'm open to suggestions that might make them look a bit better.
Vanilla Minecraft (only visible if you're NOT using McPatcher or Optifine)...
- added Spruce Leaves
- new Oak Leaves texture
- new Ore textures
- new Glass texture
- new Stone texture
Also, I accidentally included some Project Red textures in the 1.6 64x version.
First off, I just want to tell you that your work is amazing. I'm a steampunk-rusted stuff-steel mill fanatic and your pack is like a dream come true for me. Amazing job dude.
Anyways, I've been working on a large city-based world lately that I'm eventually going to turn into a server. BOS is going to be the main texture pack for one of the cities, though I've had to make one or two small modifications to make it fit just right and work for one certain mod. Would it be ok for me to upload my modified version to dropbox so people can download it, as long as I give you credit for the original pack and don't use adf.ly?
Thanks,
Dedan

That should be okay. PM me the modifications first.
The style and attention to detail is still as fantastic as ever! Thought I'd pop in and see what you're doing, mate. Glad to see everything is rolling along beautifully.

Thanks, Glimmar. I really appreciate your thumbs up
And it's particularly grouse to have a familiar face/avatar drop by!
Minecraft 1.7.2
- added Acacia and Dark Oak Planks, Logs, Log Tops and Leaves
- added Red Sand
- new Sand texture
- fixed snow covered dirt sides
- tweaks to custom biome colors (please report any weirdness!)
Just wanted to say that I finally gave this pack a try after months of searching for a good one (the name put me off of this one for a long time) - And I love it! Definitely my go-to pack from now on. It even works very well with shaders, and I love all the mod support! If I had to point to one thing as my favorite, it would be the connected ores you have done. For the first time, ores actually feel like "veins" - really great stuff. The plain stone textures are great, too!
I do have two small nitpicks, though. The first is that mod-biome grass colors don't seem to work - IE, the Cursed Forest (think that's the name) from Biomes O Plenty gets green grass instead of the purplish it should have, and so on. This seems to be the case with many resource packs, though, so not a big deal, I guess. My second issue is that the dirt texture looks very much like gravel - I frequently get them confused when there is no grass around. I know the washed-out-ness is the theme of the pack, but a bit more brown might help that
Anyways, thanks a lot for all your hard work here. Much appreciated, and I will be leaving a donation next week after I get paid to show my support!
Edit: Just noticed "tweaks for custom biome colors" in the above post.. so I'm wondering, does that 1.7.2 version work on 1.6.4? And I see there is a new dirt, so I guess that's all my complaints taken care of xD

Dirt is evolving.
I'm not sure what would be affecting the BOP grass color.
Do you have a 1.6.4 seed and coordinates for a Cursed Forest so I can experiment?

The stone and ores in the 1.7.2 version are a bit different but they will evolve.
And, you'll probably confuse dirt and stone, now! That will evolve, too.
No mod support in the 1.7.2 version, yet. That will change as mods update and I can try them out.
Mostly it will work under 1.6.4, but, I think Mojang changed the names of a couple of blocks.
